This is an e-commerce site which allows you to buy products directly from us online.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products’ list, and click on any item(s) that you wish to buy and then place them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" where you will be asked for a few more required details so that your order can be completed.
Payment
We accept most major credit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the payment into the relevant currency for you.
There is no minimum order value. We accept all orders, no matter how large or small.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping costs will vary according to the weight of your purchase and the delivery destination. You will be able to check the postage costs when you check out of the online shop, before you confirm your order.
All UK orders over £150 will be shipped for free.
Delivery Schedule
We do our very best to ensure that all orders within the UK are delivered within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated. Depending on the weight and contents of your order, we either use a next-day courier service, or first class post. Your order may need to be signed for, so if you are not going to be at the delivery address, please specify an alternative such as your work place. We are happy for your package to be left in the perimeters of your property or with work colleagues at your specific request. However, in these circumstances, we are wholly unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.
Tax Charges
VAT at 17.5% is included on all orders.
Credit Card Security
When you place an order via our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer, they are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
All returns must be authorised by Detox International Ltd. prior to being returned. Please email Detox International on shop@detox-international.com to make arrangements. We are happy to arrange collection, but a charge will be made if the goods have to be collected due to customer error. All returned goods must arrive in a saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging.
Remittance Terms
All orders must be paid for before shipping. This can be done using Visa, Mastercard and most other major credit cards. For payment by bank transfer, please allow 3-5 working days for clearance.
